Here is how it works:
Fill out your digital order form and send us your tape, including pre-payment for the appropriate format you want to transfer to, which includes return shipping to you, and we will transfer up to two hours of footage from your digital tape to the new medium. The price shown is per item and includes one new tape or one disk. If you want to transfer footage that exceeds the running time of your new medium, please multiply it with the amount of items needed to arrive at the total. You may combine several digital tapes onto the same destination medium. An additional switching fee of $5.00 for each additional digital tape, after your first one, applies.

VHS tapes are delivered in a white cardboard box, while disks are delivered in slim-line plastic cases. The DVD ships in a black archive box that allows you to insert a printed cover.

If you would like to take advantage of our special options, such as a custom cover for your new medium, printed on a wrap-around box insert with a scene from your video, as well as a label on the medium itself, please add $7.50 per order.

You may also bundle different orders into one package and send it to us, but please add up each item separately before enclosing your payment and please make a list of any special requests, such as titles and music.
