Ready to submit your material? Please don't forget to number your footage in the order you would like to see it on your new medium. Pictures get marked best on the back, video tapes should have a number on the tape shell and not on the case or cover and film can have black marker numbers on the reel and the film can itself. If you are submitting audio material, please write the song titles in order on an extra sheet. Please go to one of the listed order forms at
