Let's look at the reps border one more time from the example: Rep MM 020122 northern "boundary" is a street that runs east-west, called Indian Bend. The SOUTH side of the street is HIS territory, while the NORTH side of the same street is assigned to rep MP 020110. The same goes for the southern, western and eastern boundaries.

Reps work description:
Establish new commercial or private accounts: The representative collects and submits film, video or audio material to be transferred including pre-payment for each order to TheTransferStore.com on a daily basis. The representative can choose to bring the material to our Phoenix facility in person or he/she can mail it via UPS. Shipping charges will be re-imbursed. Turn around time is about 48 hours. After receiving the completed orders, the rep delivers the material back to the customer. All orders must have been pre-paid via PayPal or cashier's check/money order.

Commission structure:
20% from every processed and PAID transfer order, paid on a bi-weekly schedule.
