When submitting videotapes, films, slides, pictures, audio tapes or any other media to TheTransferStore.com whether for duplication, conversion, repair, editing, transfer or for any other reason, you, the client, acknowledges and agrees with your signature that TheTransferStore.com and any individual or business affiliated with TheTransferStore.com shall not be liable for any possible loss or damage of such materials following receipt, processing and due to return of such materials (even if due to our fault or negligence) and that the client's sole remedy shall be replacement with a similar amount of blank video tape.
TheTransferStore.com does not warrant nor assumes no other risk and shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the client's use of our services. This agreement excludes specifically any counteroffers by clients including (without limitation) statements of value in excess of replacement cost of a similar amount of videotape or requests for special handling.
The client (you) warrants that the videotape, film, photos, slides or other media submitted to TheTransferStore.com for processing is not protected by a third party copyright owner or if protected, the client has obtained permission of such third party copyright holder to make copies or duplicates of such material. The client also agrees to protect and indemnify TheTransferStore.com, its assignees, owners and/or operators from any costs related to copyright infringement.
