The Transfer Store is a
multi-format
facility, located in mid-town Phoenix,
just 1/2 mile east of the 51, and 1 mile north of the 202, located on
the south side of McDowell Road, between 22nd and 24th Street, inside
the MEDIA CENTER.
The Transfer Store offers FREE pick up and delivery in Phoenix, or, for shipments from outside of Phoenix, a "no charge" return shipping policy after the order is completed. The free shipping policy does NOT apply for return shipments to oversea locations or for shipments outside the US in general. We do serve customers worldwide but an additional fee, to cover shipping, will apply. The average turn around time for simple transfers or duplications is between 48 and 72 hrs. Complicated editing processes and music inserts or audio narration may exceed the average processing time. The Transfer Store is able to accommodate most consumer and commercial audio and video requests. This service is intended for personal material, such as your recorded wedding, a bar or bat mitzvah, birthdays, homecoming parties, your voice or your musical achievements, originally recorded on reel to reel, 8-track or audio cassettes and so on. In other words: YOU MUST have the original, non-copywritten material that you want us to transfer to a new medium, or you must have ownership of the to be transferred material. Please don’t ask us to transfer "Star Wars" or "The Song Of The South" to DVD…those are
copy written items and you don’t own them! The Transfer Store reserves the right to refuse transfer requests if necessary.
Included in every music transfer is the CD itself. Included in
film, slide, and photo transfers and in every video duplication is a high quality (HQ) VHS videotape. If you desire to substitute the VHS tape with digital media, such as a
DVD, a VCD or a CD-ROM, please add the one time charge as outlined in the pricebox (where applicable) to arrive at your total. |
